1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Henza Auto Mechanical Repair (established 2025), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Estimates and Authorizations
All repair estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnostics. We will not commence any major repair work without your explicit authorization. Any unforeseen complications requiring additional parts or labor will be communicated to you prior to proceeding.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Our VIP pickup and delivery service is subject to availability and location within Dubai. While we take the utmost care of your vehicle during transit, Henza Auto Mechanical Repair's liability is strictly governed by UAE transport and garage insurance laws.
4. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. We offer specific warranties on parts and labor depending on the nature of the repair. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
